well i couldnt figure out how to make it curved, but i did manage to make a hidden scroll bar so ill still take that as a win!

its our 3 month anniversary! and sadly my boyfriend is back at work now after having a few days off (how dare they make him work on our anniversary T-T). it was really nice to get to spend a few days together after i got out of the psych facility (im much better now). but boy do i miss him already, i cant wait till hes off so i can see him again. but for now we code >:)

finally figured out how to add an icon to the tab (found out its also called a favicon who knew) and im so happy. now my little face is watching u even if ur not on my website hehehe

im thinking of getting a certificate for coding and maybe going back to school for it. ive really been enjoying coding and making websites and i think being a web designer would be really fun. i just need to find the right course to get me started. i was thinking the google one but found out its 50 a month for it and i currently dont even have a job bc my last one fired me for going to the pych facility which is dumb but i hated that job anyway. im gonna try to figure out and get started with something today while my bf is at work and im home alone. at the very least itll give me something to do until i can actually find a job again.

so im realizing that i have a lot of stuff to work on in terms of coding. i found a job nearby that i really want to apply for, but i worry im not good enough for it. gonna just keep doing the certificate and trying my best to cram my brain with all the coding info i can get. i did pass the HTML basics test, and im working through the rest of the HTML course before i move on to CSS (and eventually JavaScript T-T). im also realizing that i have a lot of code cleanup to do on both mine and my bf's website im working on in order to make it more accessible and just like good code lol. im just really hoping i retain all this information (ive been taking good notes, so hopefully). ive genuenly been enjoying it tho (even woke up at 7am just to start learning lol). were also going to see FNAF 2 tonight, and im so excited! my bf has been working to beat the first game again in preparation so we can watch the first movie before we go. ive been looking forward to this movie for so long, and i cant wait to finally get to see it! ill update with my review after. :)

OMG THAT MOVIE WAS SO GOOD!!!! any and all FNAF fans have GOT to watch it. so many questions finally solved (ofc no spoilers) but my god. pacing is so much better than the first movie hands down which was really my only gripe about the first movie tbh. but seriously go watch it!!!!

im learning so much about schematic HTML and its kinda fun in the boring way. I still need to clean up my code for this website and ive taken a break from working on my bf's page until i learn how to really format my code properly so i dont have to redo as much as like what i do for my page. but its been actually kinda nice! i also completly forgot about copywrite (oops) so i changed the background on my website to something that i made to fully be copywrite neutral with my site (not gonna be fun to do to my bf's site). but yea i defenitly think i wanna pursue something in coding probably web development like front end stuff. my bf has also been trying to get me to learn game coding so i can help him with his game hes beeon working on called Paintpalooza but well see. id love to help him about but i wanna focus on learning this stuff first so maybe i will after. either way id love to help with the game even if its just moral support.

I FINISHED MY FIRST CERTIFICATION PROJECT LETS GOOOOOO!!!!! im so close to being done with learning html now! just have a few more sections and then i get to move onto CSS (the fun part) i still havent cleaned up my code quite yet. gonna wait till im certified to do that, and i might just also make a new website for my coding portfolio bc im not sure how comfortable i am showing an employer this website lol. but lets go! one step closer to hopefully getting a job in coding! i still feel like i have a lot to learn but at least im getting the basics right?

ok i finally did some clean up and qol improvements! including adding a home button (finally) and making my buttons not actual buttons. bc even if they work, thats now how html does. so now theyre styled with css! took me a while to figure it out but im very happy with the result (even if it didnt really change much) im really happy with my progress on this website and my coding learning. speaking of which, imma get back to now (:
